I spent 5 days at the DoubleTree by Hilton Phuket Banthai Resort. The resort was located in the heart of Patong across from the beach. The resort had 2 towers with a pool. My balcony overlooked the pool, which gave me a chance to sit out and enjoy the scenery. There was several times in the day when the pool became party central. A DJ was playing lively music, suds covered the pool, and the grill station was open.
Outside of the resort was the main street full of shops and eateries. On the other side of the street was the beach. This place was busy throughout the night.
